The family residence is located in the Go Vap District of Ho Chi Minh City. The owner is a family with three young children. The owner wants comfortable home with open space and has cool indoor garden to bring the plants into the house. As private residence, it is designed to provide privacy of neighborhood but the open plan still produce while you walk into the house.

Vietnamese architecture studio MM++ Architects give a sense of calmness and exotic interior through greenery environment. Refreshing home layout provides enjoyable place for living with warm atmosphere for each occupant. This house spreads over 255 square meters of wonderful interior spaces. Modern sofa offers cozy seating while is having small conversation with family, friends and guest. It is the center of the house. Most of activity was happened in this room. Modern kitchen is completed with sophisticated technology and modern appliances of kitchen table top, wash basin, sink, storage and cabinet. Warm touch of nature also feels from wooden square dining table with two benches from the same material.
At first walk, guests will be offered with green garage car and pathway into the main entrance. The living zone, kitchen and dining space ware designed to be a part of single open space forward into the garden. Straight into other space, there are bedrooms for three children, two bathrooms and storage room. At the first floor there is master bedroom for parents, master bathroom and guest room. There is also balcony to enjoy the sky at day time and night.
Vietnam residence is designed for family. With three young kids, the parents want comfortable room for their children. Each room is designed with appropriate interior decoration of youth style. Cute children room can be designed with bright interior. Yellow big bed looks harmonious with white wall and calm shades of modern lamps. Wider space will provide more comfort of sleeping area.
At other room, there is spacious bedroom for other two kids. Two red big beds were chosen to give comfortable sleeping at day and night. There are only two beds which is completed with toys storage at each wall. Romantic pink interior decoration is very suitable for young girl teenagers.
At this family residence, main bedroom mostly has large space. One single big brown bed gives comfortable and relaxing time for parents. Minimalist decoration and furniture increase generous space for fantastic moment. White wall combines so perfect and harmony with dark brown of wooden elements at bed frame, headboard and table. Each bedroom has minimalist interior to produce wider space and clean atmosphere. Beside of that it is providing smooth air circulation.
Master bathroom was designed with smooth touch of modernism. Shiny lamps with calm shades are suitable for relaxing place after a hard day at social activity. Contemporary bathroom cabinet with large mirror provides wider space at modern bathroom design.
Vietnam house by MM++ Architects is family residence which is build on 255 square meters area in Go Vap District in Ho Chi Minh City. At ground floor, there is outdoor garden in the garage. Single open space for living room, kitchen and dining space. Green interior garden installed in this space. There are also three bedroom for young children, two bathrooms and storage space.
At two story houses, master bedroom mostly installed at the first floor. It is completed with master bathroom and guest suite room. To enjoy the sky, there is also cool balcony to get wonderful views of neighborhood.
